Real Estate Investment Consultant

INVERNESS is expanding our investment consulting team nationwide. We are currently looking for seasoned, qualified professionals who place superior customer service at the top of their practice.

INVERNESS Investment Consultants offer sophisticated solutions in a broad array of real estate investment options. Affiliating with our firm provides you a place to build a business with a marketplace leader.

Our Investment Consultants assist clients by:

• Reviewing their investment portfolio and goals, risk profile, diversification strategies, and retirement plan
• Educating them on the broad array of real estate investment options available
• Matching the client's needs to suitable real estate investment options
• Collaborating with their trusted advisors including CPAs, attorneys, financial planners, and real estate brokers
• Interfacing with a variety of select national real estate providers on their behalf
• For 1031 exchangers, identifying suitable replacement properties within required IRS timelines
• Working closely with the client throughout the entire investment process

Desired Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of professional consulting experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• BA/BS degree
• Experience selling securitized real estate offerings

Required Licenses

• Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses (additionally, an appropriate state Real Estate License is required within the first year of consulting)
